I made a new personal record of running in cold weather on 2nd February 2012. I was running half an hour at -23,9 °C (-11 °F) in my home town Nokia, Finland.
At first I felt my face is freezing, but after five minutes I felt blood starts circulating. I was wearing regular summer running shoes, but I had two pairs of gloves.
